Poncho#2

Poncho is small but mighty!  He was surrendered in August 2021.  He had several major issues including undiagnosed Cushing's Disease, dental problems, and overgrown hooves.  He'd also foundered the previous spring.  Poncho was born approx. 1995.  He is very friendly but also very pony like!  He doesn't always want to be caught and acted badly for the farrier for his first trim with us, but with positive reinforcement, we have been able to get his hooves back to where they should be.  He had 2 missing teeth and 2 more teeth pulled at his first dental check up, and is now (as of 2024) missing 12, but does well on mash.
