Pepper#3

Pepper is a cute little mare that arrived at the Rescue in summer 2021, surrendered because her owner was moving across the county the trip would have been too hard on Pepper.  Pepper was broke to ride but has a bad hip so can't be ridden any longer.  She gets occasional pain medication if she needs it.  She is quiet and nice to handle, and we were told that she is considered very smart!  She was in bad shape from neglect when her previous owner got her so Pepper can be a bit possessive of her food.
