Penny is a cute little chestnut mare that came to the Rescue in March, 2023 as an owner surrender.  She was quite underweight and has some arthritis.  She had a dental float right away and her teeth were very bad.  She'll need regular, consistent, dental care.  Once her teeth were done and with appropriate feed she put on weight quickly.  Penny is broke to ride but she has some issues with her hips so we would consider her unrideable.  She is very friendly and kind.
