Nikey

Nikey is a pony colt, born May 21, 2024.  Nikey's dam, Lexie, was rescued from auction in spring by another group.  Shortly after her rescue she gave birth to Nikey.  Lexie and her foal were transferred to us in late spring as we were looking for a companion for Myles, the orphan foal.  Lexie and Nikey had no handling when they came into our care, but they are both doing well and becoming more comfortable with people.  Nikey has now been haltered and has had his hooves trimmed.
