Jack#2

Jack is a chestnut Quarter Horse gelding that is blind in one eye.  The previous owners were told that he'd been attacked by a cougar as a colt and that was how he lost vision in his eye.  Jack was born in approximately 2008.  Jack was surrendered in July, 2023 along with 2 other horses when his owners could no longer manage their care due to lack of handling and experience on the owners' part.  He can be a bit nervous on his blind side but otherwise Jack is friendly and good to catch.  He's not great with his feet but we have been able to trim him.  Jack was also quite overweight when he arrived.
