Diamond Di

Diamond came to us in July, 2021 from auction.  She, along with her foal Lucky Luke, were headed to slaughter and had been purchased by someone who then subsequently were unable to take them home.  We were asked to step in and help so we agreed to take them both.  Diamond is from bucking stock. They had listed her as 12 years old on the EID papers but she's obviously much older than that.  She is also blind in one eye and is very fearful and flighty, especially on her blind side.  She is slowly settling in though and will be able to live out her life here at the Rescue.  She is bonded with Bianca.
