Dee

Dee is a dun QH mare (Lena Dee Chex), born 1997, purchased from a receivership sale through the auction in August, 2012. We don't believe she had any training but we've been able to halter her.  She is a dominant mare in the herd but is getting more social. Her 2012 foal, Promise, who we also bought at the same sale, has been adopted.  Dee developed some unsoundness in her front feet over the years and receives medication to keep her comfortable. We have had her xrayed and she is getting corrective trimming.  She also gets Legend (HA) injections which help her a lot.
