Chaplain

Chaplain is a very cute pony gelding that came to the Rescue in  2013 from the auction.  He was unhandled when he arrived but he is now halterbroke and can be trimmed.  He is friendly but due to mishandling in his past he requires someone with confidence to work with him.  Chaplain is very smart and learns quickly.  In spite of his small size (he is about 11 HH) he is very dominant in the herd.  He was fostered out for a couple of years but came back overweight and now has some issues with laminitis, so his diet needs to be managed.
