Bianca

Bianca came to the Rescue in early February, 2021. She was at a horse dealer and headed to slaughter.  Bianca was very pregnant, and also likely had a foal recently, as she was very bagged up when she arrived.  Bianca didn't seem to have had any handling as she was very wary and fearful, but with time and patience she has come around.  Bianca foaled in spring 2021.  Once her foal was weaned we turned her out to pasture with the herd and she has done well there.  She is best friends with Diamond Di, another mare with foal that arrived shortly after Bianca did.
